Specifically, helping current and former service members find new career paths in the technology industry. We cannot achieve this ourselves — we rely on former service member-friendly employers to join us and hire this great talent. There is never a fee or cost to hire these candidates, either to the transitioning service member, the former service member, or the company that hires them. With technical training through Microsoft Software & Systems Academy (MSSA), job listings at Microsoft and partnerships with other technology industry leaders, Microsoft pledges to partner with you and help train service members and former service members into highly sought-after candidates.
