Microsoft Software & Systems Academy (MSSA) offers intensive training and career guidance, with an interview for a position at Microsoft or one of our hiring partners when you successfully complete the program.
Attend an MSSA Information Session at your Base Education Center; complete interview with an education counselor
Fill out the program application and financial aid forms at your Base Education Center
Provide the required documentation: command approval, MOA, resume, proof of math scores
Pass the Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification exam
