Put your security clearance to work—in IT

Jumpstart your tech career with MCTA

Announcing a new MSSA program for transitioning service members and veterans with TS-SCI clearance or higher: the MSSA Cleared Talent Accelerator (MCTA).

A MSSA program for cleared talent

The MSSA Cleared Talent Accelerator (MCTA) is a MSSA-aligned program designed to prepare military-affiliated participants with Top Secret-SCI clearance or higher for in-demand roles in IT.

Training on an accelerated timeline

MCTA is a SkillBridge-approved 90-day training program. We invite transitioning service members with restricted SkillBridge timelines, as well as US military veterans, to apply. There is no cost to participants.

Preparing cleared talent for in-demand roles

Each MCTA learning path prepares alumni for specific roles requiring a high security clearance. Microsoft and MSSA corporate partner companies may source talent from MCTA alumni.

The MCTA learning experience

As part of the MSSA suite of program offerings, MCTA provides holistic career training that combines technical learning with individualized support and hands-on learning opportunities.

Through training and mentorship, you’ll gain the skills and support needed to pursue opportunities and build a successful career in IT.
